Cancellation Policy

Customers can contact our customer support by email or phone for assistance with cancellation request, under the following conditions:

• Custom-made orders can not be canceled or returned.
• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, after the receipt of the item back at our office.
• Payment Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• Fees: The return courier charge has to be paid by the customer. The item has to be couriered back to our office in unused condition.
